People with goals generally succeed because they know where they're going!
But don't make the common mistakes of;
-making too many
-making them too big to achieve
-not writing them down
-not being specific
S specific (The goal has to have clear details.)
M measurable (Measure the goal using numbers in some way; Money, Time, etc.)
A achievable (There is good reason for this goal, and it makes sense with my ability & age.)
R relevant/realistic (This goal has relevance in my life, and is realistic yet may be challenging.)
T time-based (I've set a time frame to meet this goal.)
E evaluate (I will actively evaluate the goal, to stay on track.)
R reward/result (I know the measure of my goal & what the ultimate reward will be once achieved.
So let's get started!
ASK YOURSELF QUESTIONS;
Where do I want to be in 1month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year from now?
What do I want to learn?
What do I want to change?
What's not working for me?
What can I make better?
What bad habits can I break?
Now it's time to map out how you're going to Think SMARTER!
